Due to the current implementation of the EU regulation (ICS2) caused by Brexit shipping to EU and NI is suspended.

Paintings are shipped with a courier company, you will be contacted via email to discuss the best options.

Lost and damaged parcels

Please get in touch for assistance. Each parcel is carefully packed using eco friendly materials. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transport.

Custom Duties and VAT

All costumers outside the UK are responsible for duties and custom fees, which are not included in the price of the goods you purchase. Please refer to your local government office for duties and custom charges. Failure to pay for those charges will cause the parcel to be returned to me; I will then have to deduct any cost incurred in recovering the parcel from any refundable amount. Shipping and custom fees may be subtracted from your refund. In case you require the item being shipped back to you, you will have to pay for the shipping fee.

If the parcel can’t be returned to me due to unpaid local import charges and taxes no refund will be issued.

Please note that I don’t have visibility of your local custom costs.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not esitate to contact me for more information and pictures about an item. Please bear in mind that although I take great care to describe the items as accurately as possible, variations in colours may occur due to monitor or screen colour distortion. Measurements are approximated due to the limited precision of the measuring tool.
